Kai Insight is a digital service: there are no physical shipments. The free plan activates when you create your account. Paid plans and credit packs activate automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment — usually within seconds, occasionally a few minutes with local payment methods.
Immediate access to the purchased plan's features and, if you bought credits, the balance credited to your account. We email you a receipt for every confirmed payment.
Go back to the plan page: verification retries itself on load. If it still hasn't activated after 30 minutes, write to insight@kaistrategylab.com with the payment proof and we'll solve it with priority; if the payment cannot be confirmed, we refund it.
You only need a modern browser and an internet connection. Kai Insight works on mobile and desktop, and can be installed as an app.
