Kai Insight is a digital service: there are no physical shipments. The free plan activates when you create your account. Paid plans and KaiCoin packs activate automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within seconds, occasionally a few minutes with local payment methods.
Immediate access to the purchased plan's features and, if you bought KaiCoins, the balance credited to your account. We email you a receipt for every confirmed payment.
Go back to the plan page: verification retries itself on load. If it still hasn't activated after 30 minutes, write to insight@kaistrategylab.com with the payment proof and we'll solve it with priority; if the payment cannot be confirmed, we refund it.
You only need a modern browser and an internet connection. Kai Insight works on mobile and desktop, and can be installed as an app.
