By creating an account you accept these terms. The contract is entered into with the owner indicated above and is governed by Colombian law.
You need an account to use Kai Insight. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens with your account.
Some features (artificial intelligence and payments) require verifying your email.
Kai Insight offers a free plan and paid plans (Essential and Pro). KaiCoins measure exclusively the use of artificial-intelligence features; reading, registering sources and capturing highlights consume no KaiCoins.
The plan's monthly KaiCoin quota renews each month and does not accumulate; KaiCoin packs purchased separately persist. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before every purchase.
Paid plans are taken out as a subscription and renew automatically at the end of each period (every month on the monthly cycle and every 12 months on the annual cycle) at the price in force at that time, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
If you apply a discount code when signing up, the discount covers only the first period; subsequent renewals are charged at the price in force. You can also pay for a single period (one month or one year) with local payment methods without a card: that payment does not renew and, when the period ends, the plan expires.
You may not use Kai Insight for illegal activities, to infringe third-party rights (including the intellectual property of the works you register), or to attempt to break the service's security. Registering highlights and personal notes of works you read is your responsibility within the quotation and personal-use limits of applicable law.
Artifacts are generated with artificial-intelligence models from the material you provide. They may contain errors or omissions: review them before acting. Kai Insight does not provide legal, financial, medical or any other professional advice.
You can delete your account anytime from your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, stating the reason. KaiCoin balances are not redeemable for money, without prejudice to the withdrawal and guarantee rights described on the refunds page.
