Kai Insight is an applied-reading tool: it lets you register nonfiction reading sources (books, articles, podcasts, videos), capture purposeful highlights and generate, with artificial intelligence, actionable artifacts (memos, checklists, habit plans, conversation scripts, decision criteria, questions, experiments and syntheses) together with an action and follow-up cycle.
The software, design, trademarks and site texts belong to the owner or are used under license. The content each user registers (notes, highlights, context) belongs to its author; Kai Insight only processes it to provide the service. Artifacts generated from the user's material belong to the user.
The service is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts on availability and security. The owner is not liable for interruptions beyond their reasonable control, nor for decisions the user makes relying on generated artifacts: the tool assists professional judgment, it does not replace it.
This notice is governed by Colombian law and any dispute is submitted to the courts of the Republic of Colombia.
